I think one thing that's always fun about coloring in copic markers is the outcome of the colors you choose for the traditional piece
I was so excited to color this piece in my copic markers. Most of the image I had an idea of what colors I would choose. But I still had a small bit of background coloring to contend with. If you ever have situations like this, then test your the colors you do(And possibly don't) want to use on a separate paper. Like so:

There was gonna be a lot of teal and deep blues so I needed a color to compliment it all, so I went with a few shades of purple that weren't to bright. I also tested some yellows and greens as well. Not so much green made it as much as yellow but I was happy with the results!

The overall tip is to test your colors before laying down colors on the actual image if you can't decide on colors right away. Use a separate sheet and see what works and doesn't.
